The room at Hotel Santa Bàrbara de la Vall d'Ordino was cozy and comfortable, with a homely decor and bright ambiance. I loved the free WiFi and the private bathroom with a nice, relaxing bath. Being a guest who values comfort and convenience, this room was perfect for me.
Personally, I didn't really like the hairdryer and toiletries provided in the private bathroom. However, that's just my opinion, and others might still find them enjoyable.

Celebrated New Year's Eve in a hotel in a charming village with breathtaking mountain views. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful with local information. The hotel's location was great, with a convenience store nearby, and right in front of a beautiful old church. The decor was rustic but well-maintained, clean, and tidy. The food was simple but very tasty, and the coffee was delicious. The cozy and comfortable beds were definitely the highlight of the stay.
The breakfast was a bit confusing with limited options, and the apples were not fresh enough. It would have been nicer to have hot water and coffee-making facilities provided in the room, especially for late night drinks.

Quaint hideaway at the foot of the mountains. My friend and I had a tranquil weekend here. The host was gracious and helped us navigate the town. We got an awesome deal that included a bottle of cava and our own beds! Breakfast was plentiful and the rooms cozy and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed in a charming hotel in a quaint pedestrian-only area of a small town. The hotel staff was welcoming and friendly, providing great service throughout the stay. Rooms had a beautiful view of the surrounding village, and were cosy and comfortable. Food was delicious, and the local restaurant across the street offered traditional cuisine.
The hotel was a little outdated, which was noticeable in the decor and amenities provided. Although the location was charming, the lack of security made me feel a bit uneasy.

We stayed on a quiet pedestrian street in a valley away from the main road, which was close to restaurants and historic sites. Our room size was good, and the en suite bathroom was adequate. The staff was accommodating, helpful, and welcoming. The food in the evenings was tasty and good value. The location was suitable for multi-resort ski-ing or visiting different locations in the area.
Some rooms were noisy due to wooden floors, which caused noise to travel.

The hotel's location is fantastic, situated on a pedestrian-only street where all the historic sites and restaurants are easily accessible. It's also a great place to stay if you're planning to go skiing as it offers convenient access to the slopes. The rooms, with their beautiful beds and lovely views over the quaint village, are like something out of a postcard or a chocolate box cover. The staff at this hotel are friendly and provide attentive service. They go out of their way to accommodate guests' needs and make them feel welcome. The basic amenities provided are satisfactory, ensuring a comfortable stay.
The breakfast offered is okay, but it could be a bit more substantial in terms of options and portion sizes.
